Return & Exchange Policy

At AC Parts Direct LLC, our goal is to make every order right the first time. We understand that sometimes a part might not fit your needs, so we’ve outlined a clear and fair policy for exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: The following items cannot be returned.

· Items marked as Scratch and Dent, Clearance, Overstock, or Built-to-order

· Drain Pans

· Condenser Pads

· Mounting Brackets

· Precision Duct Products

· Portable AC or HP products

· Filter Racks

· Custom Roof Curbs

· Roof Jacks

Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened. There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item.
• All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds are not issued — exchanges or store credit only.

All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return

Shipping & Return Costs
• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For orders that qualified for any Free Shipping offer, the original shipping charges incurred by AC Parts Direct LLC will be deducted from the final credit or exchange value.
• For all other orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number and using a trackable, insured carrier for your return.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or store credit once the issue has been verified. All exchanges for defective or damaged items are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

• Once your exchange or store credit is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
