Return & Exchange Policy

At AC Parts Direct LLC, our goal is to make every order right the first time. We understand that sometimes a part might not fit your needs, so we’ve outlined a clear and fair policy for exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: The following items cannot be returned.

· Items marked as Scratch and Dent, Clearance, Overstock, or Built-to-order

· Drain Pans

· Condenser Pads

· Mounting Brackets

· Precision Duct Products

· Portable AC or HP products

· Filter Racks

· Custom Roof Curbs

· Roof Jacks

Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened. There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item.
• All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds are not issued — exchanges or store credit only.

All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return

Shipping & Return Costs
• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For orders that qualified for any Free Shipping offer, the original shipping charges incurred by AC Parts Direct LLC will be deducted from the final credit or exchange value.
• For all other orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number and using a trackable, insured carrier for your return.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or store credit once the issue has been verified. All exchanges for defective or damaged items are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

• Once your exchange or store credit is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Store Policies

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Purchaser does hereby acknowledges that the opening of refrigeration lines of any equipment must be done by an EPA licensed professional. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to safely and properly install, repair or maintain any parts or equipment in accordance with all local building code applications.

EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES – It is the purchasers’ sole responsibility to register the equipment with the manufacturer for warranty eligibility. All equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers require a HVAC licensed professional to have either fully installed or inspected your equipment before and including turning on the product(s) during initial start-up. After the initial start-up has been completed the professional will provide you with a dated installation invoice detailing the model(s) and applicable serial number(s) of the equipment. This information will be required when the purchaser registers the equipment. Most manufacturers also require registration with them of the product(s) installed within the first 30-60 days from installation / initial start-up to validate and receive the product(s) full warranty coverage. Restrictions due apply, see manufacturers documentation shipped along with the product(s) or refer to applicable manufacturer's website for up-to-date warranty terms. Warranty validation is solely dependent on the manufacturer’s requirements for the product(s) purchased and make sure you review and are familiar with the terms, language, and/or requirements for any applicable manufacturer's warranty.

There is no labor warranty or compensation of any kind provided by the manufacturer or AC Parts Direct LLC. AC PARTS DIRECT LLC does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty for parts. Equipment warranty parts must be brought to AC PARTS DIRECT LLC for exchange. Purchasers must have original proof of purchase to include model and serial numbers. Proof of installation and start-up of equipment by a State of Florida HVAC licensed professional is required for warranty coverage. We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim for replacement part(s) and/or repairs if all or any of the required documentation is not provided at the time of filing a claim.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In rare cases of pricing or listing errors, AC Parts Direct LLC reserves the right to correct the error and either adjust or cancel the affected order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly with alternative options or a store credit.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash and debit or credit card payments. All credit card transactions are processed through secure, verified systems to protect your information.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AC Parts Direct LLC is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim with the carrier. Please keep your tracking number for reference.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
All exchanges must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or credit value of the item purchased. We are not responsible for labor, installation costs, or any consequential damages resulting from product use, defect, or failure.

8. Governing Law
All purchases from AC Parts Direct LLC  are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from transactions with AC Parts Direct LLC shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
