- Material: It is fabricated from 30-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet of lock forming quality per ASTM-A653 CS Type B, which provides durability and corrosion resistance.
- Design: It features "Easy Bend" tabs for simplified installation into 1-inch and 1.5-inch thick duct board. The flange is internally sealed with hot melt mastic, which has a Fire Hazard Class 1 rating (flame spread less than 25, smoke density less than 50) to minimize air leakage.
- Dimensions: It has a 10-inch diameter and is 3 inches long from the flange to the edge of the collar.
- Application: It is used for creating trunk lines or branch-like runs in air distribution systems.
