- Parts: A 10-year limited parts warranty covers all functional components, including the blower motor, coils, control boards, and other factory-installed parts, if registered online within 60 days of installation.
- Default Coverage: If the product is not registered within 60 days, the parts warranty defaults to a 5-year parts limited warranty.
- Labor is NOT Covered: The manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor for diagnosis, removal, or installation of replacement parts. Homeowners are responsible for these costs unless an optional extended labor plan is purchased.
- Installation Requirements: Coverage is only valid if the system is installed by a qualified, state or province certified/licensed HVAC contractor in compliance with all local and state codes.
- Specific Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, lack of maintenance, electrical surges, using unapproved parts or refrigerants (such as R-410A with an R-32 unit)
