Bostitch Stapler Heavy Duty Outward Clinch Tacker (T6-80C2) is a heavy-duty manual hand tacker engineered specifically for HVAC ductboard, duct wrap, pipe wrap, and insulation applications. Its core function relies on an outward-clinch mechanism. Unlike standard staplers that fold staples inward, this tool forces the staple legs outward after penetrating the fabric or material. This flares the staple legs laterally into fiberglass ductboard or insulation facings (like ASJ and FRK), anchoring the layers together safely without puncturing deeper underlying structures.
