GULF COAT CIRCUIT SHIELD HVAC PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD PROTECTION CLEAR
- Composition: Acrylic coating.
- Form: Aerosol spray in a 12 oz or 12.5 oz can.
- Color: Clear.
- Recommended Use: Protection for HVAC/R printed circuit boards (PCB), elevator control panels, telephone communication boxes, outdoor timers and switches, traffic lighting and rail crossing control panels, and automotive/heavy-duty equipment.

Application Instructions
According to the technical data sheet from modinecoatings.com, the surface must be free of grease, rust, and wax before application.
- Use an approved cleaner for PCBs and allow the circuit board to dry thoroughly.
- Mask off any areas where you don't want the spray to go.
- Ensure the can is at room temperature and shake it well for at least two minutes after the mixing ball rattles.
- Apply using "dusting" strokes to ensure a uniform dry film thickness of 25-50 μm (1.0 -2.0 mils).
- Allow the coating to become tacky between applications.
- After use, invert the can and spray to clear the valve.
