8” Tab Collar - This HVAC fitting is specifically designed to provide a starting point for flexible or rigid duct runs from a ductboard plenum or trunk line.
- Diameter: 8 inches.
- Length: Typically 3 inches from the flange to the edge of the collar.
- Material: 30-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel (per ASTM A653).
- Mounting: Features "Easy Bend Tabs" designed to fit ductboard thicknesses of 1 inch to 1-1/2 inches (R4 to R6 values).
- Sealant: Includes a 3/4-inch outboard flange internally sealed with hot melt mastic to prevent air leaks.
- Compatibility: Pre-drilled for optional manual damper installation.
