Wet Switch
- Operating Voltage: 24 VAC (Standard for most air handlers).
- Detection Capability: Activates with as few as 1–2 drops of moisture.
- Switch Type: Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) relay.
- Contact Rating: Typically 1.5 to 2 Amps.
- Dimensions: Approximately 3-5/8" diameter and 1-1/2" height.
- Visual Indicators: Features a Green LED to indicate power and a Red LED to indicate moisture detection.
- Hydrophilic Pad: Uses a high-tech polymeric fiber pad that quickly draws water into the sensor array using capillary technology.
- Manual Reset: Includes a built-in Reset button. Once triggered, the system remains locked out until the pad is dried and the button is pressed.
- Connectivity: Multiple units can be connected in a series to provide coverage for larger secondary drain pans.
